Its long-running annual Christmas - New Year carnival continues to draw visitors from throughout New Zealand and beyond for family days of entertainment and fairground rides.

The Bay area also boasts the Trevor Griffith Rose Garden, the Piazza, the Soundshell, mini golf, junior playground, paddling pool, skate park and off course a safe sandy beach.

Also taking advantage of the views are the quality cafes and restaurants which are in front of our Panorama Motor Lodge. The licensed premises are open from 7.30am to late.
