Monday to Sunday 8am to 8pm.

Check Out
10.00am. We will accommodate late check-out requests whenever possible and may charge an additional fee. If you leave before our office opens, please place key in drop box at reception front door.

Servicing of Units
Units are serviced daily. If you do not require your unit to be serviced, please advise reception the night prior.

Your phone is available for all local calls. For an outside line please dial phone number including area code.
Emergency Services - dial 111, Reception – dial 103
To call another motel unit dial 2 and the unit number e.g. Unit 7 - dial 207 or unit 18 - dial 218.
All charges will be applied to your account on check out.

Wireless Internet
We offer free unlimited WiFi. Password can be obtained from reception.

Working Order/Extras
If anything is broken or not working, please advise reception immediately.

Damages/Loss
Any damage/loss caused to the motel or to the motel chattels that is occupied by you, could result in costs of repair (and any insurance excess) being charged directly, either fully or partly, to you the registered guest. We reserve the right to debit your account for any items missing including lost or misplaced keys from your unit following checkout.

Cooking/Dishes
In consideration for all future guests, we respectfully request that you do not cook shellfish, curries or other odoriferous foods in the units. Excessive dishes may require additional cleaning charges. On/after your departure we reserve the right to charge you for extra cleaning and any loss of income due to the unit being unoccupied.

Smoking
Smoking is prohibited in all units. You may smoke outside the units away from open doors and windows. On/after your departure we reserve the right to charge you for extra cleaning and any loss of income due to the unit being unoccupied.

Car Parking
Parking is strictly for Guests Only. There is sufficient parking for ONE vehicle per unit. If you have extra vehicles, we ask that you park outside the motel at your own cost.

Property Left Behind
We will gladly return any property left behind following your visit, if you forward a prepaid, self-addressed post bag/envelope. Food stuffs/perishables will be disposed of immediately. Property not claimed after one month will be disposed of.

Laundry Facilities
Our guest laundry is located to the left of our office. Charges apply and must be paid at reception before use. Laundry powder can be obtained from reception. Please do not overload the machines. Clothesline is available at the rear of the tunnel. Operating hours are the same as reception.

Spa Pool
The spa pool is available during office hours for guests only. Charges apply, please book a time at reception, and arrange payment. Extra towels can be obtained from reception at an additional cost. Management reserves the right to refuse admission. We ask that you abide by our Spa Pool rules. Failure to do so may incur additional fees.

Heaters
Heaters are not for drying clothes. Please use guest laundry or clothesline if you wish to dry/air clothing.

Balconies
For your own safety, please do not lean or sit on balustrades.

Visitors
Your visitors are welcome; however, we ask that they please report to reception and depart quietly by 9.00pm. We reserve the right to charge as 'extra persons' any of your visitors on site after 9.00pm. Parties and large groups are not permitted. We ask that you report any disturbances to reception immediately. Management reserves the right to evict any person who is disturbing other guests staying at Panorama Motor Lodge. Visitors are asked to please park outside the motel.

Pets
For the consideration for all future guests we respectfully request that you do not bring your pets into our units. You may leave your pet in your own vehicle but if they are disruptive to other guests then we will have to ask you to remove them from the property. On/after your departure we reserve the right to charge you for extra cleaning and any loss of income due to the unit being unoccupied.

Breakfasts
We offer a continental breakfast for a cost. Please complete your Menu at reception by 7pm the evening prior and we will deliver that evening. Cooked breakfasts are available from a variety of local cafes and restaurants.

Television
Please do not adjust the TV channels. A penalty fee may apply if you do so. Please contact reception for any TV issues.
