Studio units with alpine views from either a balcony or courtyard. All rooms feature a well equipped kitchenette with microwave and tea and coffee-making facilities. Guests can enjoy free unlimited WiFi and Sky TV. Private bathroom with a corner spa bath available in most units. Please note that we offer a disabled access room in this category with wet floor shower. Special requests for floor or room type must be made prior to arrival and is subject to availability.
Sauna Studio
Studio unit with own private sauna room. This unit has tea/coffee making facilities, microwave, toaster and seating area. There is a queen-size bed as well as a flatscreen TV with Sky TV.
Internal Studio
This studio has a kitchenette and seating area. Please note that this is an interior studio with no sea views and no balcony or outdoor area. There is a queen-size bed as well as a flatscreen TV with Sky TV.
Accessible Studio

1-Bedroom Suite
This 1-Bedroom Suite enjoys a balcony with side views of Caroline Bay. All rooms feature a separate open plan kitchenette and lounge area with a comfortable sofa bed for extra guests. Private bathroom with walk in showers. Guests can enjoy free unlimited WiFi and Sky TV on large flatscreen TVs. For extra comfort our bedrooms include an additional small TV with Freeview. - Tariffs: Seasonal/unit rates and minimum booking periods apply. Extra charges may be levied e.g. for departures on public holidays.
- Check-in/check-out: Check-in is available from 2pm on the day of arrival. Check-out is 10am on the day of departure. Early and late check-in and/or check-out by prior arrangement and can incur additional fees. Please arrange with office for key pick-up and drop-off instructions.
- Same day reservations: Please call 0800 10 33 10 to enquire or make a same day booking.
- Cancellation/refund policy: Cancellations up to 72 hours before the booked date incur no fee. Thereafter the deposit may be retained and the total amount for the booked accommodation may be charged. Special conditions apply to group & event reservations.
